I write poetry because I seek peace.
I am a poet because my hands are tired,
because my head is aching,
because my heart is yearning,
yearning for peace,
for freedom,
for tranquility.
I often find myself lost in thought, pondering both the simple things in life, the ones many might overlook, and the bigger problems. At times, I attempt to connect the dots between seemingly unrelated things, searching for common threads. This desire to understand how things work at the most fundamental level is what inspires my philosophy.
I am but a dweller of the mind, just as the name KATONOUS
is formed from the Greek words κατοικία (dwelling) and νοῦς (mind),
drawn from both Ancient and Modern Greek
